ValEx upgrade

Please be advised that on Sunday September 26 between 10pm and 10:30pm CST we implemented a ValEx Upgrade.

ValEx DR practice completed

From 2:00pm CST until 3:30 CST on Sep 19th, ValEx held a DR practice event. We have restored all functionality to good working order.

If you notice anything out of place going forward; please do let us know.

ValEx Outage

On Sunday September 19th between 2:00pm and 5:00pm CST we will be holding our annual disaster recovery practice.

The purpose of this practice is to ensure that, in the event of an outage at our primary data centre, we can continue to operate our business in an effective manner.

This is a major test of our infrastructure and consequently will require an outage of ValEx for a few hours.

There will be no code changes during this time and, at the conclusion of the practice, you will notice no changes to ValEx.

ValEx Upgrade

Please be advised that a Valuation Exchange Upgrade took place on Sunday 29th August at 10pm - 10:30pm

We've introduced a range of new functionality, including adjustments to our appointment system.

We are still migrating have migrated the data; however if you notice some appointments being off by a half hour (Vic, Nsw, Qld, Act, Tas), or by 1.5 hours (WA); please let us know. SA and NT users should be unaffected.

Scheduled maintenance


Please be advised that the Valuation Exchange system will be offline for scheduled maintenance for an hour tonight from 10pm

ValEx upgrade

ValEx was upgraded Sunday 1st August from 10:00pm - 10:45pm CST.

This upgrade includes a enhancements to our valuation ordering system, cancellation request system, and valuation report interfaces.

ValEx upgrade issues

Hello,

ValEx was upgraded last weekend and is having few issues in various areas.  Please have a look at the below list of the ongoing issues in ValEx:

 

  • DB Error: Job Address searches
  • Valuers not being able to enter values for few fields on Value tab

 

We are looking into these issues and fix them as soon as possible.

ValEx Upgrade

ValEx was upgraded Monday 4th July at 9:30pm - 11:30pm.

We introduced a number of changes for both our clients and valuers. Some of these include:

  • Cancelling a job is now a much easier process for clients and valuers
  • Valuers have a number of small fixes to our report typing screens
  • Valuation queries of the same type are now grouped together

Further details have been communicated out via email.

We've also had a few hiccups along the way (report interfaces and appointment times for example); but all known issues are currently resolved.
